13.1 PIN Reset Process
- To trigger the PIN reset mechanism, you must press the Backspace/Delete button exactly 9 times.
- Important: While pressing Backspace 9 times, you must not enter any digits.
- After the 9 backspace presses, enter the number 3.
If done correctly, you will be prompted to create a new PIN.
13.2 Pattern Reset Process
To reset your pattern, you must draw a specific sequence on the pattern grid in the following order:
1 → 5 → 9 → 8 → 4 → 7 → 2 → 6 → 3
When this sequence is completed correctly, the app will allow you to set a new pattern.
This reset feature works only on your device and does not share any data with us or any third party.
